Get “Glocal” — Both Global and Local (Live Podcast Recording)

Here’s something to reflect on … would Jesus have us be Provincial or Kingdom Cosmopolitan?

I’m using provincial in the sense of being narrow, small-minded, uninformed, insular, and inward-looking.

To me, Kingdom Cosmopolitan is being free from local, provincial, or national ideas, prejudices, or attachments — being at home all over the world.

It may have been Leonard Sweet who coined the term Glocal — a blend of global and local. We have a stewardship for what’s local to us. But our responsibility extends to the international domain too.
